Iko Iko Aji is a gumbo of styles that combines prickly pear cactus and tequila with South American Aji peppers to produce a Southern California sauce that will make you say “Hey Now!” This medium spiced sauce works well with eggs, tacos, soups, stews, burgers, guacamole & damn near everything! We recommend a session of Iko Iko Aji with a beer and a bag of tortilla chips for full effect!
